It's simple, safe, secure & you can monitor what I am doing at all times. Nothing is installed onto your machine, just a small application is executed to allow me the means to securely connect to your computer.

First of all, check the IT Support chat box on the right to make sure that I am 'Online' and send me a quick message on it, just to let me know that you are in need of assistance. Then simply click on the 'Help Me' link here to start ----------->

Select either 'Save File' or 'Run' (depending on the Internet browser you are using) and then run the application that is downloaded. Rest assured that nothing is being installed onto your computer, you are just running an application to provide me the means with which to connect to your computer.

Once successfully completed, this should present you with a screen similar to that shown above and using the IT Support chat box on the right, please send me the ID and password shown. Then sit back & wait for me to take over control of your machine.

You will be able to follow everything that I am doing and take back control at any point should you wish to do so.
